We will not add sandbag npc back.
Every 2 days shaitan map crash because people reach the map object limit

sandbags from lottery? and the tickets are for 50m each. wtf. not everyone has that money. and getting a sandbag is only a chance.

i have a suggestion, why don't you put some lvl 5 and 6 on a sandbag island?
then put some "entrance fee" whenever we enter.

THInk about the players who farm reputations to earn money to get strong....
Think about players who sacrificed there tym just to farm..and to get strong...

Thats y some players make Voy for rep farming..
and now its useless..all just because of that ..
GM replace sandbag npc for SANDBAG ISLAND..
AND IT SUX FOR VOY TO FARM REPUTATIONS..
that ISLAND is FOR THE STRONG Players!
not for farm..CMON think about it..
for me..if this island of sandbags stays forever this SERVER will get worst..
Dont just think about players that want to plvl fast and that can kill sandbags fast..

also think about players who dont MALL but players who FARM to get strong..

Well i kinda do and do not agree with this. You should make sand bag npc back because it provieds a fast a good way to obtain rep and money. With the new isle not many ppl will farm and making money will be come harder now. But i do think its players fault and admins for the reason of shaitans crashing too. Its players fault for (possibly) summoning a bunch of bags on purpose just to crash shaitan. But its also admin fault for making shaitan the only map that u can use sand bags in. Why cant we use it in ici or argent? Icicle is empty. Nothing that is of use is there.

Or maybe admins dont want thier character db filled with a bunch of RockReps running around x]

JUST BECAUSE OF SANDBAGS NPC
We have to run Shaitan on a seperate game server just because it uses so much resources .

The main problem is with people spamming it
Around 7-8 Sandbag parties spamming 200-500 bags each simultaneously.

That crashes the map
And some *** ****** just summon 1000s of Lv1 sandbags to PURPOSELY make the map crash !

If people controlled their usage of sandbags it would still be there .

And the sandbag NPC is NOT a sensible solution for the server anymore. For a small server with few players its sensible , but with so many new players coming it , the excessive and uncontrolled use of sandbags will cause a LOT of lag and the map will crash often .

Its time to look for alternatives that will help in creating

-A steady income for players
-Flexible level up strategies

NO POINT SPAMMING US TO ADD THE SANDBAG NPC BACK . THAT ISNT TECHNICALLY POSSIBLE FOR SERVER ANYMORE.

SUGGEST NEW METHODS WE CAN USE INTEAD OF SANDBAGS OR SOME CHANGES THAT CAN BE MADE TO THE EXISTING SYSTEMS..

increase the exp we get per kill or have a lvling event. =D

Sandbags lv 3&4 Hp reduced by 50 %
Drop rate temporarily increased to 12x

Consider the option of leveling on official ToP/PKO, where you have to "grind" on the mobs.

Or make a new NPC that would give some easy quests with high xp reward

It would make a good option cos ppl would go outside the argent and explore a little to find those monsters.

Those quests would be devided into ranks like the ones you get from you class giver
(I know its Little Daniel for voy, High Priest Ganon for herbie classes...)
Or just make those quests have like idk 10m xp reward xD (ofc thats for the 85+ rank i think)

The point is make use of RPG elements. ToP is and MMORPG and basic elements of RPG are open world, quests, raids, Real-Time Battle, building your character on basis of equipment...
And as far as i know NO ONE does quests besides story ones for kylin reward.

Also an offtopic suggestion. The genesis quest (you get from a fat little sailor named Cody somewhere in argent - not sure if at pvp or at storage left from the hairstyler) that you have to sail around the "world" could give you BD set or something like that. Reward would be based on time you complete the quest ( voys would have their own time tabel)
It would stimulate ppl to go level their ships and make/buy accelerators.
