I had a GM service card...dropped it by mistake and then I couldn't loot it up! as you all know if you don't loot it for some time it dissapears..soo boom there you go, 10 DC *poof*.....Hope you can answer this issue after you answer may's first!

Using GM services card for boss summons are only available for one time use with a time limit and yes you can summon a Titan Lord. As for HK to EK upgrade the player needs to have a full Holy Kylin set followed by the upgrade card from mall, then their existing set will be converted to an Eternal Kylin set with their gems intact. Since Holy Kylin does not have a helm and an Eternal Kylin set does you will get an ungemmed EK helm.

GM if i have gm service card and i have a lv7-8 gems can i ask gm to forge em for me ? or he would fail also?

what if i want to swap my dark kylin cap with the hk?

xMayy please be more specific and understandable with your post and we will be able to answer you better if you email us. @SexyJo We will forge for you in exchange for a GM services card but you must provide the gem, forging catalyst and refining gem, we will be doing it via blacksmith and since GMs are rumored to have better luck forging i presume entrusting it to us is a vice choice than forging yourself. Conditions of GM services card we will be available for forging for 5 mins within this time frame only the character who presented us the card will be allowed the service.

I have holy kylin set and dark kylin helm, is it possible to exchange both things to ek and have my helm forged too?

Regarding the GM card for geming, is it 1 card per 1 gem level or if i have 7-8-9 aggr and refs and cata will you forge all?

My a-0sec was fine, i even emailed about it.
You guys said no changes will be made to my a-sec settings, yet i'm bugged soo after i get noticed as a legend by the gm after getting my forge.

xMayy there is no such service that allowes the exchange of the dark kylin or any helms thus you need to have the gems transferred via the gem transfer card. @SpiritReaper Connor just verified if there was an issue with your original forum account and since there is no issue with it, use that account to give further proof of identity.

Once you obtain the upgrade card, simply leave an email to support@eternalsonline.com and we will proceed with the upgrade request even if your character is offline.

I have been more then patient. I put in emails now answer have to use a new gmail as I forgot forum account. I wont donate onto an character of mine thats locked for no reason. Yous DIDNT spend money to get IP locks put on yourself.

Sorry for apparent rudness but I am unaware my geographical location has at all changed. Seondly I received only one email from your gm team. Thrid I stated my pc had some problems. Between chris and lisa also have a photo Id of me because I paid for the new www.eternals.com domain last year. I have still received no word if you destroyed that information as I requested some time ago. It was myself spamming forum and I apoligise prefusly for causing a disturbance since its been 4 days trying to recover my character and accounts. I am less then amused I had to resort to posting my pers info on forum because your unable to either receive emails from myself or completey ingore them.
