Sometimes the web break down, and I have sometimes same problem, but it recovers after some time.

We tightened server security and RE-banned all previously banned IPs
You need to contact us with your details if u want unban

Guys you have dynamic ips (changes everytime you restart modem) and your ips are in the ranges of some banned hackers (probably from the same city\state as you)

Solution is to ask your ISP (the ppl who provide you internet) to get you a static ip (doesnt change)
