Have you tried direct launcher instead of BSO update launcher yet? let me hear your feedback.

eerm , not banned its blocked ... and i tried on direct launcher , it said connection failed !

Hmm.. I got this 'connection failed' problem when I don't properly connecting it to the internet.. should be pass this to Admin if you said that your IP Address blocked.
