THOSE WHO CANT CONNECT TO SERVER

Hello
Due to recent security upgrades we have banned all of previously banned IPs (all those people we gave a third chance -_-)

So since you guys dont have static ips (IP that doesnt change) your ip ranges MIGHT HAVE BEEN in the ip ranges of some Hackers\scammers. So i would advice you to PM ME with your IP (If its static ip or else try to get a static one)

Its an idea that just popped up yesterday while talking to someone who got banned

The reason why its hard to unban you is cause you guys have dynamic ips
i think i can find a way to fix it =P

There is a solution And I also have that same problem so I made a solution for myself.

1. click "run" on your start button on the lower left of your screen,then type "cmd" then press enter.
2. The DOS prompt will pop-up.
3. Try to get ur IP that has been banned by using "whatsmyip.com" site or just got to your internet connections settings.
4. Type this command on the DOS prompt window "ipconfig (space)/release" your ip will be 0.0.0.
5. Then type "ipconfig (space)/renew" repeat this command until you get your new ip that is not on the banned range,then if the ip change try to open your BSO launcher.

Hope this works for you.!

hmmm guys for all people who have problems with the ip dynamic send me the name of ur modem and i will get u a solution how to fix the ip but why u cant comme to chat online like that better to see if it work or no
ps: for ppl who were online then they cant comme back thats no mean that ur ip was banned but for the security of accounts when u comme online in game for the first time each account will be saved with the first ip so when u close ur modem the ip will change like u cant comme back online for me i had this problem before but i close again my modem for 10 seconds so the ip will change again and it can work (allways it work for me after 2 or 3 try max) i do that in my country but if it didnt work with u send me the name of ur modem and the name of the fournisseur of ur internet and i will get u a solution in max 24 hours but plz try be online in the same time with me to see if it work or no but trust me it should work cause its my job hope that i can back all and ofc i need the help with admin to know if the ip ara banned or no cause i can find for u a solution to fix a new ip and the admin should accept this ip in the data of each account

Skippy did u check if ur IP change when us use the command??,u need to copy paste ur banned IP to a notepad or write it down on a piece of paper, and compare it to the new IP u got when u renew IP...If u got a new IP and u cnt launch BSO try another IP by using the steps I enumerated above.

I wil buy a new router ,because my oldest is crashed :S . I think it will worked.But thx all helps !

is that the pop-up from the launch updater? try to start the game without update or try to use direct launch instead of updater.
