Ok yeah hi I have a question about WU...

BUT FIRST BEFORE YOU START SPAMMING ME SOME FACTS:
- I quited BSO and do not intend to play anymore
- I posted this here just in case if no1 answers on forum of the game I'm currently playing
- And besides this question is one of those kind that will most likely "bring" new donates to the server

SO HERE IS THE QUESTION:

Can an UNDERAGED (younger than 18 y.o.) use WU freely on it's own will? This is meant in a way that you don't need parents permission and that stuff.

I do understand that a 10 year old will not be allowed, but this is pointing towards 15,16 and 17 year old people that would want to spend their savings on a game that is worth it.
