account malfunction

Hi all,well I went offline for awhile and after an hour or so whe nI got back I tried logging in and it said account malfunction,so could a GM please look through the problem Thank you! Razz

PS: my character name is ScytheMasterMaka Razz

try to log in again.. my friend got this problem on his other account and got in to the game after that.

Many players have complained this matter.. GMs haven't responded about it yet.. maybe it has something to do with IP banned.. who knows.

I dont know why they ban their IP that also involving innocent players.. wouldnt track and ban their MAC address solve the problem? I wonder how many players suffer from this.. plus not many know about this forum to seek help. :\
