log-in problems : connection failed. help me please

omg GM, i can't log-in for more than 2 days now. i pmed you guys asking if you could help me with this and i got no replies. not a single one. i also asked if i was banned and if ever, what for? and still i got no replies.

if i was banned, tell me the reason why. and if not, could you help me out with this?
as far as i can remember, i did not do any violations on the server. i did not scam people, i did not hack people. i just play like the other normal players do. i got some log-in problems, i report, no response. i just want to play.

p.s.
i hope admins won't ignore this like the other posts/pms just because i am not a maller.

This happens not only with me but with many players ...
I'm not talking to anyone from the server ..
but the server is very disorganized lack much in it!
but agent asks for help and nobody takes much of the news would seem he has no GM ..
