Recover Password on BSO Site!

The Recover Password on the BSO site needs to be fixed cause it wont let me recover my password.
Ive tried it on Firefox and i get
" * There was a problem communicating with the SMTP-Server.
* Error-Text: Expected response code(s) [250] but got response []
"
And on Internet Explore I type it in right and it says its wrong.
Something needs to be fixed!
