Hey admin wth is going on my u said 17mins for maintance now 2 hours done still icant login game and now i cant enter ur web site did u ban my iprange i couldnt reach bsoweb page

Our host has some internet issues aswell

um.. After maintenance, I tried logging in and the "Account server encountered a malfunction" error comes up during login.

I see many others on forums that have same problem. I saw Admin wrote 2 answers to that -- one being "You tried to log in too many times" and other being "The account was accessed two times from different places"

I just started playing on Dec 25th, that's like 2 days. No one knows my account/pw, nor did i ever give it out. I logged in twice after receiving that error, so that's 2 logins. My other accounts are working fine, so I'm not sure what's going on?

If it's just a waiting thing, how long do I have to wait til I should log in again?
