Account Server has encountered a Malfunction

as you can see above pls help me with my problem. its been like this for a long time and i really need to play my character. i did everything to contact the admin. pmed here forums and on the main site. i was chatting them but no replies. and when theyre offline i also left msgs.

Please be patient. Im sure that the admin will fix it soon.

same here too I cant login my Account it Says Account Malfunction my name in Game is TotsKie i cant login it Anyone can help?

lots of ppl are already complaining about this. i dnt know what is happening. -.- its been days. im contacting them every single day. the GM went online in the forums but he didnt even replied to my msg. sent him a pm through the site and still received no message from my mail. -.-

a lot of ppl have been complaining about this. i saw a few posts here in the forums about it. and for those ppl who dont use forums i can see them in-game shouting to world chat "any gm online pls pm me need help" although not all of them have this problem most of them like 3/4 have this kind of problem. so i think if the GM can take a look at it, it can make everything better. anyway yesterday some i tried shouting on world chat and luckily theres a GM online "GM~Zaire" i think. i asked him about the problem and he said that there will be a maintenance so the problem can be solved. but sadly it didnt happened. so if any GM can read this please help us out. thanks and more power.

The staff know about the problem and
im sure that they try to fix this atm. . Just be patient and try to
have fun without BSO or just created another account\character until they are done. Apart from that it wont help if you guys spam the forum

your character will be fixed after maintenance i think thats what solves this problem.

I didnt play for a week and my main char got fixed somehow. ^^

I did as you asked and still the same ...
rebooted my pc out of the game but nothing changes ....
