ABUSING THE USE OF SANDBAGS [for GMs]

ok so i'm not pretty sure if this report goes to the right section. i can't post on the cops section so yea.
as you can see at the screenshot below, an FC SS named CrashBandicoot (or Icy) abused the use of sandbags INSIDE FC, which is i believe a violation, just to avoid being killed.

Icy if u need more sandbags pm me in game.

And I don't think its against the rules, CrashBandicoot just using his brains.. nothing stopping u guys from using sandbags too..

I know GM can do something about this,like he did on PK map and SW maps,that you can't summoned any bags on particular map.

He didnt do anything when i actualy lvled my first char coz oF a guy in SF spaned a bag lvl 2 n i laged? why now?

What i heard about that story is the player told u to kill it,and you hit the bag and u lvled not knowing that one mob will lvl u.

And have u reported that issue of your's to GM? Well if they did'nt do anythng on your case maybe now is the time to end the sand bag issue by prohibiting it on fc maps. And all mazes as well i might add.
