Can we get these bugs fixed already?

Ive reported this bug a while ago and its still not fixed.

Everytime the server restarts or an accounts get bugged (and fixed after by a GM), my disciple are gone. I lv some from my disciple to lv100 as alts and I want the reputation from it because its quite a lot off work and reputation you get from it.

Now its like the 7x time that ALL my disciples are gone (and they where many) and out off my list. Making it totally useless for me to actually lv them further cuz no reward what soever for the work I do.

This is not the only bug thats bothering me, there's an annoying error in guildrecruiting that some people get while applying to a (pirate) guild. After application they get an autentication error making it impossible to join a guild.

Also since this mornings server restart, whole server suffers from insane lag spikes making PK pretty much impossible and not to speak about anything else.

What the hell is going on? Can we get this all fixed already? Its been a long time that these errors occur and there's nothing done about it.. Or atleast make a post on the forums that the errors are known by GMs and they're being worked on. Would be much appreciated.
