Patch 41 NO GOOD?

Getting the error on update 41.

here are screen shots

then I get

so..what have I done?
I restarted my system, I have reinstalled BSO, deleted the 41.patch and it just reloads it when launched,and I am forced to use the Direct Launch now.

SO what was patch 41? and i belive its not compatiable for 64 versions of windows.
I am using windows 7, 64 bit, the same one that the BSO item database dont work.
