The DC problem

It would seem that the server is having a DC problem.
I see in world chat a lot people begging for their DC's.
I would first contact support on the website, and ask what account the DC were being deposited into. I have found that people had multiple accounts and the e-mail they used when buying the DC is what account its deposited into.
Plus remember the time difference, and allow time for the transaction to process.

Well true is you need contact website so GM come game and give you. Gm will never pm you in game as they say cause there is lot "newbies" which don't know how to fuse,etc so they ask GM stupid questions. Also problem is what GM is never on line on web site so you never can get your DC's. They said they will make some new system for giving dc, and I hope they will do it soon, cut I don't to wait for my next 250 DC like a week -.-
So best solution is spam world chat and hope GM will pm you one day.

A new system? Good! i hope it comes soon. Coz its hard to collect our DC due to time zones

Well 70% of the time people who spam about Dc are lying about fake donations with fake transaction\order ids x.x
The other 20% has issues with Onebip where their phone companies refund the money after they donate so they dont get the dc cause they were refunded automatic.
The other 10% just need to contact support@brightsunonline.com

Pivi spamming will never get you a gm to pm you
We often have world\trade chats turned off due to spam while we work.
So to contact a gm always mail

People still don't seem to know to E-mail the GM's to get DC. I told Like 5 people support@brightsunonline.com.
