Am i IP banned cuz of my brother (Silly) quitting?

Ever since he said bye in world chat he got dissconnected and we could never get back on or even go to the website? I could only access the forum website. His topic about what he thinks about BSO even got deleted.

Please do not delete this topic i want to know if im IP banned or not.
