GUYS PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS TOOL AND RUN IT.
IT WILL PERFORM SOME TESTS, ANALYZE YOUR PC AND PRINT OUT THE DETAILS. COPY THE ANALYSIS RESULTS TO AND SEND IT TO US SO WE CAN UNDERSTAND WHY SAVE MY CHARACTER DOESNT WORK FOR SOME OF YOU

DOWNLOAD ANALYZER TOOL

DO NOT PASTE THE RESULT HERE BECAUSE THE ANALYZED DATA WILL INCLUDE YOUR IP ADDRESS. PM IT TO ME

Guys everyone please run this Analysis tool and send us the reports !
We need as much data as we can get to understand why the SaveMyCharacter tool doesnt work for everyone.

-Download this file ANALYZER TOOL
-Run It
-Wait until its complete
-Send us the report it writes on screen through PM or Email to support@brightsunonline.com
-This will help us fix SaveMyCharacter Tool for everyone

Just close the autoupdater and run it again
If you still get an issue, get team viewer and ill fix it for you

Oh... nvm Gm... it was successfully updated...
My OS is Windows 7 what i did is just right click on Brightsunonline.exe then i clicked on Compatibility and checked the box which says Run this program as administrator Very Happy
