Can't play any characters?

I used to play this game tons and then i just stopped playing because my labtop crashed. But now on this computer i want to play again.
(i used to play on this computer)
I think my character was LonexWolf
My account was deleted from inactivity but i'm trying to make a new account and it won't let me play...
Whenever i try to sign in to a character it says target map not found and then Discovered Exceptional line error on GateServer
I read on castiel's thing that he signed into a legend account and got blocked but i didn't do anything like that.. i never flamed or anything..
Is my IP blocked or something?
I would like my old account back if you can give it to me somehow.

It happend the same to me man, idk what i entered in shaitan yesterday and later it said target map cannot reach i said well it would be any server error but today i logged and happend the same. And as you i didnt flamed any1 or something like, well tnx for listen , cya
