To learn this skill u need Fishing skill...
Lv1 Cooking... Lv1 Fishing
Lv2 Cooking... Lv2 Fishing
Lv3 Cooking... Lv3 Fishing
...

Books to gain higher lvls can be bought at fairy merchant(1371,588) in Icicle.

To cook u also need cooking blueprint and items required to
make item...
Example:


product of this bluepring is Scholar wine.
Blueprint is lv4, means u need lv4 Cooking skill(also Lv4 fishing).Lv of tool is not so important but its good to have it same lvl or higher as blueprint.
Where u see Material 1, 2, 3 re therequested items u need to cook from that blueprint. every blueprint has random amount of every items required.

So for making this scholar wines we need:
18x Withered root (*72)
8x high quality tasty fishmeat (*32)
4x elven signet (*16)

and 15 fairy coins (*60)

*items needed to finish the blueprint (4 usage).

Notes:
Cooking Npcs:
(2064, 2735) Argent City
(905, 3563) Shaitan City
(1363, 563) Icicle City
(762, 1518) Thundoria Castle

In Bso tool is also very useful "tool"...
When u cook and u press button to start cooking, u need to stop it on 75% and for that Gms made tool that shows u when u should Stop.

You know? The mystic ancient and super old (i think thats what "ancient" means anyway XD) secrets of the BSO cooking system.

I will give you a hint.

"How to plvl your cooking tool?"

"Where to mass farm your blueprints?"

"What kind of food we can find in the different blueprints?"

"How much do we need? What else do we need?"

"Is it worthy?"

Or you can just put a list (which is very short) of all the cookings available in the whole BSO world. The important ones, not the Fruity Mixes or the SP Holy Water ones.
