ss new skill for update?

ok hows this?

a new ss skill!

i saw this on a private server b4 coming here,,,wasnt able to try it out coz u had to donate to buy the skill.

its called eagle eye and its boosts atk and atsp (kinda like rousing) and it costed =>15dcs

Was it a stand alone skill or did they just modify rousing to add atk and more aspd?

And if it was a stand alone skill, does that mean you could use both rousing and eagle eye and stack the aspd boosts?

How much atk/aspd did it boost? o.o Worked on a number boost or a % boost?

it was a percentage i think, but i dont know by how much coz needed to buy the skill for 15 dcs. its a added skill so it stacks on rousing, kinda like steath necky in this server, if a crus buys steath neck then he/she will have 2 steaths.

To terra - yes it was crzy that day ,,,,6 bd hs in a row

In all fairness, Legends in this server have "Legends Morale" which already gives a lot off attackspeed & attack bonusses.

Adding this + the % stun melee chance on eternal sets.. lol means from 95% off the time stunned while melee'd you'll chainstun 1 person 100% of the time. And really, do you ppl need even more attack? 12-15k is enough I would say.. =X

Your just unbalancing magic classes more and more and more with these "suggestions" IF they get added.

True SS doesn't need any change since their HS is 50k ;S cmon doesn't 50k HS enough for u ;S

if this skill gets added doesnt that mean that ss's will diverge towards a agi acc build to take advantage of the atsp bonus rather than a meaty build of con?

also using this skill means that ss are more likely to start melling rather than hs and run.

also this isnt just for legends with eternal its for all ss's,,,,all of em .

Once more, your trying to "upgrade" the 3rd strongest class in the game. (after champ & crusader) and I seriously doubt that any change should be made towards SS unless their 50k headshot gets removed first.

After that Id say you could talk, till that point SM's need a lot off changes first, and the same for voyagers.

Once again, I do infact play SS and funny enough no1 complains about SS from my guild. And we have a lot active ones. They all agree with them being balanced out very well =]

So, keep on spamming as you want but the difference is that Clerics where indeed much weaker than SS have ever been. Most ppl supported this and almost no1 supports SS upgrades.

Besides Im putting down oppinions based on what my, and my guilds experiences are. Stop making things personal because its really getting annoying now.

gm didnt nmake changes for clerics when i spammed forum. i spammed forum and people supported and other people spammed forum also for clerics update and gm did nothing.

just was a random day i saw gm on msn and i asked him to log my char when he finish all his work and try it in ca, he decided to make changes after he logged my char and saw how it cant kill and it die fast. not when we spammed forum.
and clerics didnt become overpowered if u noticed other clerics rnt that strong, ull feel i suddenly became so strong, its cuz i malled eternal at the same time gm made changes to clerics, so its like i got clerics changes with eternal effect what made all feel a big differance in my cleric.

and about ss. this HS is insane, eclipse killed me 5 time in a row from first HS hit. once i asked the gm why the HS have this big chance and he said cuz SS got no other effects, so if they want other effects remove the 50k HS, its not balanced at all to tank alot and kill people with 1 hit. imagine them tanking how many people they can take with 1 hit?

im bringing this up coz if we look at the other meele classes cruses can reach up to a shocking 850 atsp, champs can go all the way to 15kmax +, whereas ss's remain around the 500-600 atsp zone. (highly gmmed classes)

on my poss and buff i can reach about 12k max and 500ish atsp.(after rousing)
the rousing adds atsp points

if u guys disagree so much on the it, at least can we have an atsp percentage increase skill?

im jst suggesting some things b4 the major upgrade on the server and hope one of my plans work for the class ss.

jen max attpd for ss is 568, and im doubting we can get over 15k max att when fully gemmed, id have to check the att thing,

Might not be as high as champs or crusaders, but they cant cripple you from far and hit you until their reach you, slowly...

eclipse killed me 5 times in a row from first time HS try.
50k or 30k im still gonna die, the chance is so high

cant it be like pr when i cast it cd so long and dun always hit extra damage. I dont see why ppls call it over powered but rarly do i ever hit someone for 1-3 of their hp. In addition the stun hardly lasts most times.

Original Eagle eye skill only increases hit rate
If we add it, it might need more additional effects
