My account got deleted.

Oh yeah, I really need some help. .
Can GM retrieve back my account or help me with my account?
Cause my old freakin' account got deleted!
Some players said
" Did u save ur character? "
" Its deleted. "
" IF you didnt save ur character, thats mean ur account is deleted! "
How come I want to save my account? Cause I didn't play BSO for bout 3 weeks due to internet connection. I cannot get any line here. So, GM, please help me. .
Can GM retrieve back my account or help me with my account?

Gm have advertised for weeks about us having to save our charecters before the wiped the database, coz you didnt save it now your charecter is lost forever GM wont retrieve it and cant retrieve it, they have warrned us for over 2 months they were doing it so looks like you have to start again dont spam askin for help the answer will be the same everytime

PM me your account name so can check if they weren't saved or simply some other issue.
