Thier does not seem to be a need for static damage now since posion dart constant 800 hits for quite a long time. Even the newbest crus with kylin can keep champ stun locked or high hp character and posion melee. With newer updates coming i think their is little need for it. (My opnion). Isnt posion dart btw 2nd Tire skill? Does that mean champs clerics voys get some upgrade to 2nd Tire?

2nd tier class skills are already tweaked and they are under testing.
As for your request, poison dart is being tested. The duration and skill damage will depend on the skill level.

Minimum damage threshold limit will be kept
