solition for who has problem with new patch

# Click on the Start button. This is the small round button () in the lower left corner of your screen that has a Windows flag on it.

# Click on the Control Panel menu option.

# Click on the Appearance and Personalization link.

Now click on the Show hidden files and folders option

# Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files, folders, and drives.

# Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide extensions for known file types.

# Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)

Press the Apply button and then the OK button

after doing this go to folder where u installed bso u ll see the BrightSun.exe file which is hidden click it and log in game

i did it and worked

arite after that theres all files in system n again error look [img][/img][img][/img][img][/img]

and with the direct launch still same wont go to the end is it coz im black jk maybe it dont work on windoes 7

after i press on "Start Game" it appear an error about game.exe saying that it found a problem and it gonna close. I think that would be better to have some kinda installation guide on the website so it would be easier...

Just run the updater now one again
there will be 2 new updates that will fix the problem

thx, but when it was doing the update it appeared another error saying " Failed to write last index to neoncube.file"
hope to get help again o.o
