A-Sec for legends- Legends were sharing accounts with their whole guilds. Highest recorded number of shared users were 17 players on 1 legend account. To prevent sale of accounts or characters which is against the rules.
Lv100 Weapons untradable- Because they are the best weapons ingame and now when its tradable anyone can just buy it off for 25 dc from another player.

So if we made changes, its because of reasons leading to abuse from the player side. When you haven't made any abuses then you can complain. Other vice waste our time. We have enough work as it is.

For A-Sec you dont have a choice.
People we suspect for trying to sell accounts will be placed under A-Sec. And this has already prevented or caught a few abusers.

All IP COUNTRIES we listed are accurate and checked from all IP logs since EO (BSO logs are not even included).

We suspect you were trying to sell your account. Hence A-Sec has been placed so we know if someone else accesses your account.

Gemil has 1 user we are aware of and Sneaky has 2 users. But since the real account owner of sneaky passed away (with all due respect) only the other user needs to have access.

So only problem is if you let a third party access your account, which you have looking at all the countries that were allowed access to your account.

I'd like to see the proof from me willing to sell my account. As I have stated before, I indeed tried to sell Sneaky & Gemil for DC which at that point was not illegal.
You put my account under A-Sec even though I play in 2 countries (which you could know) and my Fiance also plays this account.
Meaning there's more than 1 user, and more than 1 user who paid money for this account making your point completely unfair to put A-Sec on it.

Id like to see the "proof" of suspiction you have against me trying to sell it illegally. And also, you want me to put a full list off characters AND accounts who changed owner many more times? You'll be suprised how many ppl actually did this and I, trying to stay within the rules (because I could have sold it for 1000 USD 4 months ago but didnt because it being against the rules risking a ban) am being a victim of "suspictions".

This is starting to feel like an personal attack, which has been going on for months and months and I want to make sure its not. I do not even use Sneaky / Gemil atm, and neither anyone else apart from those spent money on this char do right now.

Clarification for those IP's:

Kuwait: My Fiance & Myself.
Egypt: - (I would have no idea who the fk would access me from there)
Holland: Me
Canada: Sneaky / Anthony
Brazil: Inoue*Chan (she used it in the start of EO and I played her character)
India: RoranoaZoro

So 3rd party software is not true.

Only two IPs will be given access to the accounts-
Canada & Netherlands

Canada will not be given access anymore because the real account owner has passed away (with all due respect)

No one else has any sorts of rights to the account.

If we can be sure that the account owner really moved, then we can allow access.

Hilarious, since you still havent shown any of the people under A-Sec any valid reasons / proofs. This is getting personal way too much of my liking.

I think it is unfair that you guys a-sec peoples account over some tip off that apparently they are trying to sell, if there is no visual proof they shouldn't be locked down like some lab rat. Why no just put a-sec on all demi's and legends, You can also make Legends under a-sec locked so they can't trade their eq so we can make money off fused weapons we no longer use and make them trade able, if not thats fine, I'm just saying you a-sec all these accounts but when some one can't kill some one on their main they go cry and log someone else's accounts that are of higher value.

Lock them all of special status or none at all -.-

and with that he got full authorities for my account

I vote lock Reigns account I had to get my main and alts locked its only fair. What inst fair is classing SloppyLog as a legend for sw without it having a legend ring. Demi legend fine but it annoys me when yous announced on forum get lv 9 Soul of BlackDragon, Lv 9 Azeral Undead, Lv 9 any other gem in torso to become a legend. Me buying legend card now is pointless cause i get +27 Card thats fuking useless as its torso only unless your gonna let me make a wep on one of my accounts +27 or my voygers hat. Whithout going too off topic my voyger should be consider legend its already a-locked cant dual log now which sUX.

But feature I hate most is A-sec security. On a Heavly gemed legend its fine but low gemmed equips or someone who just baught Ek its pointless.

GodSpeed is already under A-Sec with other Demi legends.

I never called your brother an idiot, where above did i claim your brother being an idiot?

Also i've come across GodSpeed in pk once, yeah he killed me good on your crusader for being more gemmed then my cleric? Need a medal? Or the chest to pin it on?
