With PayPal, assuming you don't have any cash in your account, but have a verified linked bank account, how fast would I get the dc's if I donated? Would I get it as soon as I placed the order or would you wait for the money to arrive? If you waited, would the fact that the person donated before change your mind? Would you then give the dc's upon order?

If you are talking about your E-cheque, you will receive your DC only after the cheque clears.

What do you mean by "clears"? Do you mean once the money has been transfered?
