With kylin amour and corperal kylin amour can it gain a mini stun effect much the same as melee one. At 35% - 50% chance. Effect on both lighting bolt and Sprit bolt. Then it might make players get decent amour to strive for instead of trying to 110% grand sets all the time.

Motion Denied
Reason: The Eternal Set does not provide the stun effect for magic classes. So it would make it unpractical for a Corporeal Kylin set to posses the stun effect which which will be overpowered outside of Chaos Argent.
