Remove all skill tweaks and check the effects

I remember i didnt see reb skills too, before animation tweaks o.0 We did topic with rora about it yearsss ago =P

Yeah we did long before..
Even people without any tweaks/changes to EO folder dont see it..
Maybe S2 got special files/files from top to make her see the Rb skills.. maybe?
