disable Deftness and dual sword mastery of cruz
so we can hit them...and they would hit lower ^^

keep server the way it was.. i support frenzy on this one.. or atleast enable primal rage and bloodbull skill when equiping a shield.. since these skills are basically nice when tanking.. give this a bit of consideration pls gm team.. thank you..

We will not make any more changes to champions at the moment.
We might upgrade 2Handed champions later on after testing since they will have lower max
