Good Day!

GM Team, in behalf of "PushTheTempo" i would like to ask assistance from the GM Team, since he cant access EO Forums cause of some restrictions in his country (so as he says), so i would likely be the one to lay the issues of his concern's..

Basically, He has a "Holy Kylin Helm" forged +18 (Lv6 Great Colo, Lv6 Gem of Colo, Lv6 Undead) and he wanted to transfer it to character "BowMan";

so what he did was, he extracted the gems, removed the sockets from it using "master pliers" worth 10dc, and bought a "ungemmed equipment tranfer card" worth 15dc.. and was hoping to transfer the "FRESH holy kylin helm" to "BowMan's Character"..

so he spend a total of 25dc (for 1pc master pliers and 1pc ungemmed equipment tranfer card) which he bought in heaven npc just today..

but to his surprise, there was no longer a "kylin transfer" icon on the left side of the EO client Launcher..

He is kindly asking a way or means of transferring the said holy kylin helm for his convenience, would the kylin transfer system be back (since he already malled for a "ungemmed trasfer card" which is still on sale through heaven npc) ? would the holy kylin helm be trade-able through server market? if it will be favorable to his advantage assuming it is a "YES" would you kindly inform us as soon as possible..

if ever the answer is "NO" would he get compensation caused by the inconvenience he got into (lets say, ungemming his +18 holy kylin helm, purchasing of a master plier and ungemmed equipment transfer card, etc.) in terms of forging the "holy kylin helm" back to its original state (+18) and if possible the returning of the 25dc he spent due to the above said..

kindly inform us as soon as possible, a fast response will be greatly appreciated.

and price for lv77 pet card is 2k rp now (1,5k before)...

1st: Its Pacas post about Kylin transfer thing.

2nd: We know when TC will open again? Cause lots of playeres (including me) were basically log for this map and now its pretty dead.

3rd: LVL 5-6 AZZEs and bd are way different than normal gems. We have lots of ppl failing massive times. Its not just "bad luck"..Can be checked?

4rd: Something About marriage. 15 dc are lots for each chest. Cant be obtained another way?

5th: Why mall items are keep going up-priced? Advanced poss 35 dc ? Thats like grandiose set ! Its too much. Master plier 10 dc?? they are already expensive i cant understand why you raise them (Most ppl cant even mall this..now that they are more expensive u'll have less profit. think of it )

6th: Pet Card -> 2k Rps? 1.5k i think it was very good. Its really hard to obtain RPs

7th : Lvl 9 Equipments cant be pliered. You said its fixed but when the system sees lvl 9 gem dont let u to anything

I've been trying to get a reply on this transfer Equip for the last week. And i got a reply today. that there won't be a Equip transfer system anymore....

Xfer system should still be up... GM think about the Dk and the HK in game... there are still some players who wanted to xfer pieces of them... there might not be much people using the system but once they do u still get donation from it...



and may i suggest to have xfer card for Angela Jr in rewards center??


and please notify us of the Price changes in mall items...

now Ajr is 35 DC now too... that is a bit too much for a pet... its like buying a Grandoise Set T_________T

I agree with Wasabii she spent a lot of Reward points on her bd helm for one off her alt characters you should transfer it to Scarlet if not give her a refund so she didn't waste her Reward points for no reason.

2k Rp is fair. Its 25 dc for the pet at lv77. Ajr has its effects + all expert skills (Not Listed But dont try adding them). I do agree on master pliers been too expensive. It destroys all sockets and gems. If kylins will be trade able fused/unfused via trade screen then Ill understand the logic behind it.

So, first tax on paypal with capped limits, and price hikes?

4th: I disagree. I think they're priced fine, just my opinion.

5th: I don't find anything wrong with prices going up. I just wonder why nothing is ever announced.

6th: Someone mentioned the lv 77 pet card in Reward Center isn't the card for Angela Jr. I think it's suppose to be lv 77 special pet card? I'm not sure.

7th: I think they said they'll consider removing the lock, I don't think they claimed to have changed it just yet.

4th: My bad. I just found it expensive cause i tried to mall all bymyself but its meant to be 15dc each person. Though i give the attention to "another way to be obtained?"

5th: Thats a problem too. No announcements or any polls. But as sam told having a thing to just delete all ur gems and sockets costed 10 dc to at most things (except kylins that is deactivated now) ur item cost a way less that 10dc price, for me its lots.

6th: U can obtain Ajr. But then you have to obtain Advanced poss to use it right sam. So 1.5k (im farming 5 months and still have no 1.5k) are lots i think.

Whats the point of removing the transfer thing? Maybe not lots use it... But if someone wanna transfer a Dk or Hk is Doomed not to? Do smth

The disabling of Kylin transfer was announced via

A long dead line was given for players to make any final transfers.



We cannot maintain both Kylin transfer and Award center features as they bug one another. If we find a way to fix Kylin transfer, then it will be enabled again. Kylin transfer has also been found to facilitate monetary sale of equipments or interserver trades which we do not allow.

As more donation items are available ingame, we lose more donations and running the server becomes harder. So some donation item prices have to be adjusted to support the loss.

Award Center reward prices will be adjusted according to the general RP availability and relative price in Donation credits. Helms have been removed from the Award Center as they are causing characters to be bugged.
