I have a gambling problem

Very good afternoon I hope are well
I ask about something
first to attempt to teleport me lag and the game gets stuck give change of character and I get this picture when I was out of the game
I removed my characters ..
and when I try to create a new...
I get this window with some kind of mistake
four times and go as I do the same and I'm curious to know is really going please could help me and would appreciate if I write in Spanish or Italian because I understand little English.

Cuando me aparece eso a mi, hago logout o cierro el juego... vuelvo a abrir y se soluciona, Eso pasa cuando te teletransportas a un lugar bug, como icicle, que es la ciudad que mas se tiene a Buggear. Si te quedas teletransportando por mucho tiempo, o los NPC desaparecen y tu no te has teletransportado, es porque tu destino esta bug. Saludos
