i Guess u missing point the legends that gt hacked were by ppl they trusted and wilingly gave them acess.
This solution is meaningless and solves nthing

GM the legends who lost the stuff got scamed not hacked...they had given thier accnt details to the scammer

Both legends who got hacked had given access to their friends , but wasnt hacked BY their friends. Their friends shared the legend's login details with some other friend's of their's.

The legend who got hacked (second) didint give access to the hacker directly and only a common friend had the access. The hacked got the info from this common friend.

I had to waste around 8 hours trying to fix this issue caused by hacking SexyJo and everyone asking for rollback.

So from now on, those who share accounts and get stuff hacked will get no support (Atleast no retrieval or rollbacks) unless their account was under [A-Sec] protection. The only thing we will do is tell you which of your "besties" hacked you.

when did you get hacked Jo i told you the other day that ONE of you freinds warned me that your aounts were under threat and that he told me you should change your passwords just wish i got sreens now and the exact time and date then we could have seen who the idiot was givin me all the threats about gettin all legends banned, come to think of it now its making sense does he have screens of who your hacker was? infact scrub the word hacker you wasnt haked anyways get your house in order and dont share accounts, im guilty of the same thing but im stupid

Lol dude , you've already been hacked once and it was completely your own fault. And didn't ya get all your "HACKED" stuff back ?

And so is every other case where people say they got "hacked".

Losing your password and then saying someone hacked you, is BS. Im not interested in wasting 8-9 hours for each of these dumb cases because someone was stupid enough to not keep their own account details confidential and hence allowing idiot hackers to login their account and do whatever they wanted.

[A-Sec] is for hack prevention. No one other than the owner can login and if someone else does , then the owner and well as the GMs are notified instantly by e-mail and the account is locked down , meaning the hacker cant go inside any of the characters. This e-mail is not the same as the one linked to the account , so even if they change the account email before logging in , you will still get the mail.

NOTE
- If he\she simply deletes your character because he cant go inside it, its your fault for not using a good security code. Im always amazed seeing how many people are dumb enough to use "123456" or "159357" as their security code
- If the person who takes your stuff is using an ip that YOU have given access to the account (through A-Sec) then we wont consider it a hack and the issue is between you two.
- We wont provide any item retrieval or refunds for people who dont have [A-Sec]
But ofc the hackers will be banned and deleted for sure
-Accounts under [A-Sec] protection will ofc be monitored constantly and any hack related issues will be resolved

We prefer to have few accounts under [A-Sec] also. Fewer accounts are easier to deal with and monitor.

so what you sayin these cards are for MY IP only and if another IP logs the account its automaticl closed? meaning they cant hack us if they wanted to? or can they still acess and steal my stuff?

You can have upto 3 pcs linked to an account. Preferably all 3 belongs to you. Someone who is not you tries to login , the characters get locked. They wont be able to enter the characters. Both the GM team and the account owner will get email or SMS alerts instantly. So ofc they cant steal anything because account is locked and their details are instantly mailed to you.

And ofc i demonstrated it to wade. You can ask him about it or ask me for another demonstration.
